On-The-Spot Award (OTS)
The On-the-Spot Award provides Supervisors with a mechanism for recognizing Individuals or Groups of employees for their day-to-day extra efforts and contributions, in the amount of $2,500 and below.
The On-The-Spot Award applies to all NIH employees except for persons engaged in training, fellowship and other programs since they are not considered Government employees (e.g. CRTA's, VF's, IPA's, contractors, etc...).
